Hardwood Floor Cleaning

Hardwood Floor Cleaning

Cleaning Procedure

First I sweep your hardwood floor.

Apply Basic Coating I.F.T cleaner to your hardwood and let it sit for 5 to 10 min.

Scrub your hardwood floor with a low speed buffing machine.

Extract dirt and oils up with a high powered vacuum.

Mop your hardwood floor with a microfiber cloth and Basic Coatings Squeaky Clean.

Rinse your hardwood floor with clean water to remove all residue.

Then finally buff shine your hardwood floor with a white pad and a 175 spin machine.

At your request I can apply Basic Coating Refinisher to revitalize your hardwood flooring.  This gives your hardwood an extra coat of gloss, that makes your floor pop, and also gives it an extra coat of protection.

But first, before we apply Refinisher, we must test your hardwood floor for ACRYLIC POLISH. If your hardwood floor has acrylic polish on it from previous cleaners, the acrylic polish must be dissolved off before we apply Basic Coating's Hardwood Floor Refinisher.

Take Note: in rare instances the acrylic polish dissolver may have adverse appearance issues. In these cases your hardwood floor will need to be completely sanded and recoated.
